Colleen is responsible for leading the North Plains Connector team, comprised of Grid United colleagues and all partner organizations, to complete development and begin execution of North Plains Connector. In this role, Colleen ensures that all major project milestones are achieved in partnership with NPC stakeholders and host communities to deliver a project that enhances grid reliability and resiliency.
Colleen holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
