Hoa Tran is a Development Director at Grid United. In this role, he is responsible for the development and execution of Grid United’s transmission projects, including developing and managing stakeholder relationships, permitting strategies, and due diligence.
Hoa brings more than 15 years of experience managing the development of critical energy and water infrastructure projects throughout the US. He has developed several billions of dollars of projects for Williams Companies, Enbridge, Crestwood and most recently, EDF Renewables. As a project manager at EDF, Hoa was responsible for stakeholder relationships, permitting, due diligence, right-of-way acquisition, and construction support for renewable energy projects in the upper Midwest.
Hoa holds an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in civil and environmental engineering from the University of Houston.
