Donnie Joe (DJ) Worth is a Project Development Director at Grid United.
Prior to joining Grid United, DJ worked as a Project Development Manager at Orsted, where his responsibilities included managing stakeholder relationships, permitting, real estate acquisition, construction support, and project acquisition support of utility scale wind, solar, and energy storage facilities across the Midwestern and Western United States. During his time at Orsted, he led the development of 1,500 megawatts of renewable energy projects. Prior to Orsted, DJ worked at Galehead Development, where he focused on early-stage project development for utility-scale solar and storage assets across the United States.
DJ holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering with a minor in petroleum engineering from Oklahoma State University and an MPhil in energy technologies from the University of Cambridge.
