Dana serves as the Vice President of Commercial at Grid United and is responsible for commercialization of Grid United’s portfolio of HVDC transmission projects.
Dana brings to her role more than 20 years of energy infrastructure experience with particular focus in the areas of investment, portfolio strategy, corporate development, and M&A with prior roles at Shell, Halliburton, and Tailwater Capital, amongst others. Over the course of her career, Dana has led multi-disciplinary commercial and project development teams and closed on over $5B in asset and corporate transactions across all facets of the energy value chain, including full integration of operated upstream, midstream, and power generation assets, and directed screening and due diligence of many more.
Dana holds bachelor’s degrees in economics and political science and a juris doctor degree, all from the University of Houston, and is a licensed attorney in Texas. Dana is active in local non-profit organizations focused on homelessness, civil rights, transportation, and the environment. Dana and her husband, Dave, reside in Houston, are parents to three adult children, and enjoy cycling, skiing, and travel.
